I’m so thankful for “Family Days”! I love getting to spend
time with my boys! Yesterday, we went downtown to Nanchan Si (temple) again and
just walked around for a long time. It’s really neat to have time to browse
shops and see what all they have. Aiden loves to just watch people and of
course, they love to look at him.
For dinner we went to a place called, The Grandmas. We kept
hearing about how great it was and have tried to go but it was always so
packed. But we were able to get in right away this time. We ordered duck, pork,
green beans, fried rice, eggplant and corn and it totaled out to be
70rmb…basically $11. Talk about a great deal! And we brought a ton of it home
with us! Aiden devoured the duck and green beans, we were so impressed!

| Our waitress brought Aiden a lollipop. No, we didn't let him eat the whole thing, but we did let him try it since she went out of her way to bring it to him. He quite enjoyed it. |
